JAMAIS VU
JAMAIS VU Syrah x Viognier
The concept of the wines Jamais Vu corresponds to the notion of the unseen, newly created and causes such an effect. In this sense, this wine is created by the creative vision of our oenologists idea for a new, unseen rose. The Rose, originated from the French tradition but ended with the innovatory work of oenological team of Minkov Brothers, can truly be called Jamais Vu.
*The practice of fermenting Syrah and Viognier at the same time is historically determined. It has been practiced in the Rhone Valley in France for more than 500 years. The Northern Rhône Syrah and Viognier were practically planted next to each other and their mixing was logical and traditional.
