Mature: 12 months in new and old barrels of French oak. Potential to age in bottle 10+ years.

Colour: saturated, bright yellow with gentle greenish glimmers
Aroma: complex and intense, dominated by fruity notes of peaches and nectarines, combined with nice oak accents, mostly smoke and piquant spices, which in the taste aroma are supplemented with vanilla, cream and crust of bread.
Taste: with good thickness, soft freshness and a long fragrant finish

Taste: thick, powerful and smooth, with elegant freshness and a mellow, aromatic finish
Mature: the wine has matured for 5 months in brand-new 225-liter barrels of American oak, and has a potential to age in a bottle for up to 2 years
Serving temperature: 10-12°C
Food pairing suggestions: a good accompaniment to vegetable appetisers, seafood delicacies with cream sauces, smoked salmon, clams with wine sauce, fish dishes with flavoured sauces, moderately spicy white meat dishes
