Aroma: Mature and complex character of the aroma, with hints of ripe black fruits such as juicy black cherry, mulberry, but also dark chocolate. Earthy accents are found, elegantly intertwined with notes of essential oils such as eucalyptus and mint. There is a very fine mineral tone of salt air, iodine and sea.
Taste: Elegant body with very good structure and fine, suede tannins. Excellently preserved fruit freshness and perfect balance. The finish is long and impactful, with a memory of the taste of black cherry liqueur and sweet spices.
Mature: 27 months in new French barrels 225 l. Three years aging in a bottle before launch.
