Colour: garnet and deep, with beautiful glimmers
Aroma: rich, with a ripe character, dominated by jammy nuances of juicy ripe sour cherry and fresh tinges of ground peppers, with chocolate, caramel, spicy and vanilla undertones in the flavour
Taste: very harmonious and balanced, with a juicy feeling, pleasant freshness and soft ripe tannins, and a lingering fruity and juicy finish
Mature: the wine has matured from 9 to 12 months in barrels
Serving temperature: 16-18°C
Food pairing suggestions: an excellent accompaniment to spicy minced meat dishes, stewed red meat with flavourings, lamb meat courses with spicy sauces, winged game, flavoured soft cheese
