The face of the Minkov Brothers Wine Cellar.

MINKOV BROTHERS are complex wines. Made by classic grape varieties,
they ferment and mature in barrels. Their potential to mature in bottles
makes them attractive to the wine-collectors.

Variety: Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah and Merlot
Designation of origin: PGI (protected geographical indication)
Region: Thracian Valley
Origin: our own vineyards in the Karnobat area
Type: dry red wine
Colour: deep, purple and sparkling
Aroma: intense and rich, dominated by ripe black berries and juicy sour cherry, combined with a fresh peppermint accent, caramel bonbon, cream, chocolate and fine toasty undertones
Taste: balanced and juicy, with a good structure and a very long finish, dominated by ripe fruit and nicely combined with smoky and caramel accents
Mature: the wine has matured from 9 to 12 months in barrels
Serving temperature: 15-17°C
Food pairing suggestions: an excellent accompaniment to intense-tasting red meat dishes with spices, wine sauces and wild mushrooms, grilled meat with vegetables, small game with flavourings, lamb dishes, mature sheep’s cheese
