they ferment and mature in barrels. Their potential to mature in bottles
makes them attractive to the wine-collectors.

Aroma: intense and rich, with nuances of black wild berries, chocolate and toasty tinges, with undertones of caramel, musk and vanilla in its flavour
Taste: thick and round, with a juicy feeling, soft freshness and smooth tannins, and а lingering finish with aromas of chocolate and ripe wild berries
Mature: the wine has matured from 9 to 12 months in barrels
Serving temperature: 15-17°C
Food pairing suggestions: flavoured meat terrines, stewed red meat dishes with wine sauces and wild mushrooms, grilled meat and game dishes with vegetables, flavoured soft cheese
