Colour: beautiful, saturated, ruby color with brilliant hues
Aroma: In the aroma there are discrete shades of spices, accompanying with intense aromas of ripe black berries
Taste: very elegant, with satin structure, well rounded and long
Mature: the wine has matured 12 months in old barrels of French and American oak and has a potential to age in a bottle up to 5 years
Serving temperature: 15 – 17°C
Food pairing suggestions: game birds - pheasant, grouse, red roasted meats in the oven, grill or barbecue, and if you choose a suitable cheese choose raw pressed one
