Colour: ruby, with beautiful reflections
Aroma: varietal, intense, reminiscent of ripe cherries, complemented by fine spices and delicate vanila
Taste: very elegant and delicate, with a pleasant feeling of crispy ripe cherry, complemented by notes of sweet spicies and caramel
Mature: aged in old French barrels of 225 liters
Serving temperature: 17-18°C
