Minkov Brothers Enoteca

CABERNET SAUVIGNON

ENOTEKA is a reference to the "wine library" and implies that these collections were created as a practical source of information about special local wines, and not as regular opportunities for sale on the broad market. These collectible, "library" - "wine" wines were intended for special customers. Usually the stocks of one particular wine in one Enoteca are small.

Small quantities of experimental wines that are not in a constantly maintained assortment of the cellar. Created by creative projects of the technologists from the Minkovi Brothers Cellar in order to study terroirs, types of barrels or new technological practices.

Purpose: exclusive wines for specialized wine shops and high-class restaurants.
