Origin: our own vineyards in the Karnobat area
Type: dry red wine
Colour: light red, with soft shades
Aroma: intense, dominated by ripe cherry, with notes of musk and smoke and discreet earthy undertones
Taste: balanced, with medium body, dominated by ripe cherry, with a lingering and pleasantly fresh finish
Serving temperature: 15-17°C
Food pairing suggestions: fish dishes with intense flavours, salmon, pasta with aromatic herbs and light red meat
